Welcome to the “Full Belly” page of my blog! Having a full belly is one of the things that makes me happiest in this world. This page is the home-base for all of the recipes I have created and shared. In the last few months I have truly become inspired by the Whole30 and Paleo lifestyles. While the Whole30 and Paleo diets are absolutely wonderful, I mostly use them as a guide, and typically do not follow them all too strictly. These dietary lifestyles have helped me discover that real, whole foods make me and my body feel amazing, and that processed junk filled with extra sugar and weird ingredients make me feel icky. They’ve also helped me loose a little weight, too. : )
All of the recipes you will find on this blog are created with healthy, whole, real food ingredients – but also sometimes some cheese, because cheese = life. I hope my recipes inspire you to cook with a healthier spin, and to ditch the extra sugar (and all the other icky stuff) that lurks in the labels of so many foods. Eating food that is good for you doesn’t have to be boring, tasteless, or unsatisfying. Over here at Full Belly, Whole Heart it’s the opposite.
